professionalità - Friendly hotel staff. Very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and equipped room. They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft.
Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool.
The grounds are very well maintained.
Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.
Everybody is motivated to make sure you have a wonderfull time.

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were large and we were lucky enough to have a seaview. The all inclusive rate was so good. The meals were very nice and it is a magic location. Lovely decor and rustic style. Villa with its own pool is very spacious and private. Breakfast was good quality. Good base if you are looking to travel around western Crete by car. -

Παρά πολύ καλό φαγητό με μεγάλη ποικιλία και στα γλυκά. Δεν σας κρύβουμε ότι πήραμε μερικά κιλάκια. Το προσωπικό στο εστιατόριο πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό, γρήγορο και πρόθυμο. Ιδιαιτέρως ο Νίκος η Χριστίνα, η Μαρτίνα και μαζί τους βεβαίως η μετρ, η κυρία Ρένα.

The hotel is beautiful, the grounds are lovely, the swimming facilities are stunning with lots of little terraces built out into the sea. Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. -

Excellent service, fully eguipped double room, huge buffet breakfast, very nice surroundings, great location near the town of Chania but not too close to the extremely busy road by the sea. - Excellent location, very nice surrounding area, very friendly andhelpfull staff, very spacious room. One is tempted to stay in the resortcomplex all day.
