professionalità - Friendly hotel staff. Very clean, quiet, beautifully decorated and equipped room. Excellent position, only few hundred meters from the city center and easy to reach from the national road. - we loved everything. Pool looked and was fantastic. Location, nice price, friendly staff, suberb view and spacious room and
balcony or terras. (At the front of the hotel)
They have brand new mattresses of good quality! Not to hard and not to soft.
Although start of the season, they had allready filled the pool.
The grounds are very well maintained.
Free Wifi is available. Maybe not yet in all the rooms. But at the pool and in the lounge/lobby it works fine.
Everybody is motivated to make sure you have a wonderfull time.

The staff were fantastic, the rooms were large and we were lucky enough to have a seaview. The all inclusive rate was so good. The meals were very nice and it is a magic location. Everything was beyond our expectations . Theodore who works on the late shift is brilliant . Full of knowledge and so helpful . Location is on a side street which is quiet but only 50 meters from everything you could possibly need which is on time main road . Facilities brilliant too . If your booking your holiday independently then book your transfers from and to airport via Resort Hoppa . For the two of us , it only cost £20 return . That's right ! £5 each way per person . Excellent service, fully eguipped double room, huge buffet breakfast, very nice surroundings, great location near the town of Chania but not too close to the extremely busy road by the sea. - Excellent location, very nice surrounding area, very friendly andhelpfull staff, very spacious room. One is tempted to stay in the resortcomplex all day.

Elounda Mare is perfection. We absolutely love this place and will definitely be back. Our room had beautiful views and was very spacious and very clean. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. After travelling all day we arrived quite late so the complimentary glass of champagne was very much appreciated as was the fruit basket in our room. T
