recently stayed for a week at the Arocaria Apartments. we booked a room with a view, and it was beautiful. the balcony has a great view looking over the marina. it is located literally 2-3 mins walk from the sandy beach and 15-20mins walk (along the coast) to chania. the rooms are basic, but all that we needed. staff are very friendly, rooms cleaned daily. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Theo the owner was welcoming , carried our bags in and offered any help we needed. The room had a balcony with light, parasol and 2 chairs and table which made a great relaxing retreat. Air con worked well and was quiet. Good shower and always hot. The room was great value for money. Would certainly use again. -

It's all about the view folks. Although we arrived late the previous evening, the smile on my wife's face when she through open the shutters on our first full day in Crete was priceless. Location is fantastic - right on the old Venetian harbour. The rooms are a bit dated but well equipped and quite comfortable. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. We had room 2 with 2 rooms and a balcony which was a great place to relax at any time of day or night.

We added the half-board option and were spoilt by the chef and restaurant crew. Excellent food with good variations of international cuisine and Greek specialties.
The hotel offers a cozy, familiar atmosphere. The location offers quick and easy acess to the major roads if you want to explore the Island by car. Easy to acess the City center of Chania by bus, taxi or car or just to take a walk along the beach.
