Absolutely exquisite.
Room was beautifully designed, bed wonderfully comfortable, facilities excellent, a complete pleasure to be in.
Breakfast was a rare treat with great food in lovely surroundings.
Position of the hotel was perfect. Right in the heart of the old town so a few metres from the harbour, the shops and restaurants but an oasis of peace and comfort as soon as you stepped back inside the hotel.
However, the best part of it all was the staff. Very friendly and helpful hardly descr

The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. Chania, Palazzo Duca is perfect! It is a fancy place--beautiful, clean,
and polished. Every staff member is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Our hotel room was a palace! Very comfortable king size bed, sitting
area with table and chairs, patio with view of harbor with table and
chairs, a kitchenette in the room stocked with dishes, utensils, cooking
pans plus refrigerator. The bathroom was lovely with a heavenly large
shower.

Me and my wife simply loved our stay at Veneta. The highlight of our
stay was the hospitality of the host and his son (George) who took

help with booking ferry tickets, excursions, restaurant recommendations

Cozy guesthouse in a great location in Chania's old town, next to the shops, restaurants, bars and the promenade. Facilities were great and the room was made and cleaned every day. Katerina Traditional Rooms is the best place to stay in Chania! Great location, clean rooms with comfortable bed, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV and charming balcony with the old town view. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. This is one of the best things in this place as you feel welcome from the first moment. Highly recommended! :)
