The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening.
The spa area is amazing.
Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours!
There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.

Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

Appena entri infatti ti trovi un mix di colori, dalle pareti ai divani in pelle, fino ad arrivare in camera (la nostra era identica alla foto di booking, verde chiaro col quadro di Marylin...). Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- B

The hotel was perfectly placed, just a couple of minutes from the s-bahn at Savignyplatz, a non-stop trip of about 35-40 mins from Schönefeld airport, and the u-bahn at Uhlandstrasse. Many, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and plenty of bars and cafes. The hotel was outstanding, and its hard to believe that those people who gave it any negative comments actually stayed here. This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated,
only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms
were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very
professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and
spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds
could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they
don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso.
