  I always use the AVUS for ICC Meetings in Berlin. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast, food and drink are all very good. Got picked up at the airport promptly, despite missing my first flight. The apartment was rather big, very very well lit. It is very close (10 min walk) to icc Berlin, which is where my conference was. The U-bahn line u2 is also a 2 min walk. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast (~14 Mbps). Herr Rosenhoefer was very friendly and helpful, and I would really like to stay there again if I go to Berlin!

Good having full stove - elements and oven. Good size for 3 friends to share and would recommend to others to stay as base for Berlin holiday.
