Perfect location with its own little eco town feel. Perfect for jumping onto the underground to central Berlin. Great, cheap little coffee shops and restaurants in the area. Apartment absolutely spotless and tastful decor through out. -
The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast were great. The apartment was clean and well accommodated.

I was enchanted by this hotel and it's location in a quiet relaxed part of Berlin. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from! That staff were very helpful in directions for laundry facilities and sites around town. Room 21 overlooked the street and was a joy when arriving and I opened up the large window to view the beautiful surroundings. I

The hotel was clean, breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The location was excellent - easy walking distance to the U-Bahn. The neighbourhood was perfect for families travelling with children.

Friendly and helpful service. Got upgraded to a larger apartment free of charge which were nice. Strong Wi-Fi in that apartment. We had reserved a parking space which were in a closed yard. Quiet location but near public transport and within walking distance of places we wanted to visit. Very well equipped and comfortable. The little kitchen even had teabags, fresh coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and cleaning materials, and the shower room had soap, shower gel and shampoo.

I loved staying in this apartment and was sad to leave it. It was spotlessly clean when I arrived and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed.
Great location a short walk to the subway and near a street with a number of restaurants and cafes, but set off the main road so it stayed pretty quiet most of the time.

Besides our very kind host, the location pf the apartment was superb, close to public transportation, yet still nice to just stay in. Everything was sleek, clean, well thought of. I would definetely book it again and recommend it to everybody.

The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. Plus the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from a major u-bahn station, 10 min. away from the Berlinale center, in a lively but safe neighborhood. -

Hotel's owners - Simone and her husband are so friendly, will solve any your problem and guide you what to see in Berlin. Breakfast is nice and so Germany-stylish. Very tasty bread! I received a great welcome when I arrived and the staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.
