I was enchanted by this hotel and it's location in a quiet relaxed part of Berlin. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from! That staff were very helpful in directions for laundry facilities and sites around town. Friendly and helpful service. Got upgraded to a larger apartment free of charge which were nice. Strong Wi-Fi in that apartment. We had reserved a parking space which were in a closed yard. Quiet location but near public transport and within walking distance of places we wanted to visit. Very well equipped and comfortable. The little kitchen even had teabags, fresh coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper, and cleaning materials, and the shower room had soap, shower gel and shampoo.

The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. The hotel has all the facilities I needed (in-room wifi, room service, taxi call service, etc) and met my expectations. The room was functional, but contemporary in design with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Conveniently located for Messe Berlin and very central for getting around.
