  The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Informed me about a band that were playing that evening. The spa area is amazing. Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours! There is also a good sized swimming pool which was great for an early morning swim.   Quick and easy check in and check out. I twice had the same guy (spanish name, Louis-Oscar or something) and he responded very attentive and professional. I was very pleased about him and his fine service. The hotel in general and the room were impeccably clean. Real congratulations to the maintenance staff ! Lovely spacious and quiet room with a ... cosa dice la gente » very large bed of very good quality.Located in a good neighborhood with lots of eating and drinking establishments, supermarket just across the street - Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!

  Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. Very smart rooms with ultra modern decor. Bathroom open plan with room but toilet does have sliding door for privacy. Shower is great with multiple modes and no problems with going hot or cold. Bed is comfy with separate single duvets.
