  Good location of the A115 motorway so did not have to head into town. There is a shopping centre 5 mins away which makes shopping easy. There is also a Mc Donalds, Quick and other places to eat 5 mins walk.

  Staff very friendly and helpful. Warm reception and atmosphere. Very pleased with room - the standard of facilities / cleanliness was exceptional for 2 stars. We travelled by motorcycle, and found the parking to be secure and private.
