The hotel was so delightful that we stayed an additional night - relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable, well located away from the tourist crowds, but near enough to get to the centre on foot. Some good restaurants even closer (recommend L' Atre).

We loved everything - the location so close to the lovely old town, the sea view from our side balcony, the well equipped kitchenette, the huge bed, the modrrn decor, modern bathroom, great shower, nice towels and toiletries and the staff. Room is big and clean, all daily necesities are available, bed is quite comfortable.
Reception staff very kind and helpfull, they gave us list of best local restaurants and advised which are the best - we tried 2 of 4 and both were perfect.
Parking is inside hotel and spaceous enough for big car.
Hotel located outside of old sity but it takes only 10-15 minutes walk and the route is going along seaside, so it is very pleasant.

What a lovely stay. The location was perfect for us as our 3 year old daughter was able to run in and out and play in the garden. The drive into town was short and easy. Extremely nice hosts who pampered us and prepared dinner for us every night. Delicious food and perfect setting for a family with young kids (who try to avoid restaurants in the evening!!) Everyone was able to relax and enjoy a great meal at home.

Fantastica l'accoglienza della proprietaria, disponibilissima nonostante un imprevisto nella prenotazione. Bella la location, tipo casa coloniale anni 60, molto ben pulita, tenuta bene e rifornita di tutto il necessario. La Maison des Armateurs was in a wonderful location (although St. Malo is so small I'm not sure there is a "bad" location). The staff was friendly and helpful. It was clean, bright and tastefully decorated. -
