  We stayed only 2 nights in Fabrice's beautiful home in the heart of Rennes but wish we had stayed much longer! Breakfast is served either in your room or in the lounge and is a beautiful selection of homemade crepes, pastries - The owner--Fabrice--has restored his home, which is the oldest in Rennes dating from the 15th century, in an historically-sensitive style and decorated it with authentic antiques. The room was elegant, quiet, and so comfortable that we were only sorry our visit was so brief because the location is perfect for visiting the old city. Our room overlooked a private interior garden where we enjoyed a bottle of cider in the late afternoon. In the morning we feasted on a delicious breakfast of fres
