The staff were highly attentive, especially Fernando, who I believe was the manager. He made us feel very special given it was a birthday trip. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautiful and well located, walking distance to the shops and Pope's palace. The rooms are huge by European standards and well appointed. We will definitely stay here again.

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. The bed was very large and comfortable. Good quality products for breakfast, also real freshly grounded coffee from the bar for breakfast. Good seafood restaurant on the top floor though expensive. Location with nice marina view.

Our family had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious and
comfortable. The spa was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and offered

The staff really made us feel like home. As soon as we checked in you could tell the difference between Dune and other hotels we stayed in. The owner upgraded us for free to a bigger room. Quite a few years since a previous visit, but still very good. Wonderful position, good sea views, friendly and attentive staff, small but lovely rooms with balcony, good breakfast, close to port but far enough to remain tranquil. Won't leave it so long to return. -
