Gwendoline and Philipe are fastidious and generous; welcoming and discerning; thoughtful and kind. I felt a part of their home. Breakfast was a marvel, worthy of any 5* hotel and the highlight - We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants. This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc. The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the castle and countryside. We had great breakfast with the most marvelous variety

  Bize de la Tour is a little jewel. This tiny hotel (4 rooms) is impeccably furnished, with each detail well-thought out. We stayed in the Louis XIII bedroom, with a canopy bed, fireplace and large closets. The bed was comfortable, and extra feather pillows were provided. Pierre could not have been more welcoming, could not have done any more to help, and his relaxed attitude helped to relax his guests. Our room had one large room with a smaller side room and pull-out bed and they brought in a crib. W - Chateau de Blomac is a gem. The women who owns it wonderfully helpful in many ways and has created a wonderful small hotel in an old chateau. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and spotless. Both the bedroom and bathroom were very spacious.
