Ski hire shop located below the hotel which offered discounts for hotel residents. - Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and very homely and welcoming feel

  A very charming hotel with stunning country and mountain views above the city of Evian-des-Bains. Comfortable bed and nice room and balcony. One our favorite places on our recent trip through France. Dinner at the hotel was perhaps the very best meal and desert that we had on our trip.   La posizione nella città - The hotel suite was spacious and excellent for our family of 4. It was nice to have a kitchen. The hotel staff was helpfull and spoke English well. Everything is in walking distance, including the station, the lovely lake, banks and shops.   Huge comfy beds/pillows. Stylish room and nice bathroom. Breakfast was great lots of choice - continental style. Free wifi was good. The restaurant next door was very nice for dinner. The spa is amazing and well worth the additional €10. Lots of jacuzzi pools, sauna, steam room, turkish bath - all really amazing. The attached waterpark, for which free tickets are included for hotel guests, was fantastic. We only stayed the one night as it was a stopover, but would happily return for 2 or 3.
