The hotel was fresh, clean and new with efficient friendly staff at a brilliant budget price. The room was spotless with comfy beds which were cleaned and made up despite us only staying 2 nights. friendly and helpful, price was right, our only complaint was that we
didn't realize it was out of Bayeux approx. 4Kms and we didn't
have a rental car (and there weren't any to rent in town) so we
needed to taxi everywhere and that got a bit pricey.

A wonderful old, quirky hotel right in the middle of Bayeux literally a stone's throw from the tapestry museum and the cathedral with great restaurants, cafes and bars right on its doorstep. Room not spacious but very comfortable. Bathroom spotless, large shower. Breakfasts really excellent, with lots of choice. Staff very helpful and polite. Lots of free carparking. Bus available nearby for town centre. -
