  Polite, pleasant and helpful staff. Room clean, well equipped except for lack of fridge and ours had a lovely balcony, ideal for soaking up the evening sun! Comfortable bed! Very little road noise. Not able to comment on restaurant as it was closed that evening. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. - Good stopping off venue between N Italy and Channel Tunnel. Beautiful furnishing, unusual decor. Charming and elegant ambience.   This was a lovely, country setting, hotel. The people were extraordinary - very helpful and concerned for their guests. The restaurant was fantastic with an excellent menu! - The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and theattention to detail. The village of Mittelhousen is lovely.

  We booked the connecting double/triple rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our family! My husband and I took the double and our 3 boys had the triple. The hotel's location is great! There is a tram stop about 200m from hotel, but we didn't need it. Everything can be walked to. There was one gentleman at reception that was absolutely, completely a... cosa dice la gente » mazing. I wish I knew his name because he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. - There was a slight mix up with our reservation, but the staff went over and above to resolve the issue, and even gave us an upgrade "for all the troubles." They were very pleasant and helped us plan our day. The location was perfect, right near the river, walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and tourist attraction. Breakfast was very good.
