  Staff were very helpful especially recommending a very good doctor when I became ill. Hotel is well located near the town centre and has excellent car parking facilities. - The proximity to the springs of Vichy and the Belle Epoque spa areas cannot be beat. The lobby is grand, deceptively, since the rooms were decidedly not.

  The hotel staff were excellent, the room was a great size and the towels and other amenities were of a very good quality. We had a lovely bath in our room which was an added luxury. The food was excellent. - Really nice rooms, lovely comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Great location near the centre of the town and right beside a park and the river.

  A very warm welcome from the staff who spoke excellent English. Very clean and well furnished - simple but pleasing. Montlucon is also a lovely town - not too far from motorway connections - a great stop off point for us on our way to the south of France - The receptionist was very welcoming and explained the parking outside.   An excellently located hotel, just minutes from the autoroute, very much appreciated after a full day's driving. The welcome was both warm and efficient, and the room was remarkably comfortable with lots of attention to detail, including electronic blinds!
