Location is great right in the historic centre of Dinan giving direct access to restaurants and shops.
Secure parking facility provided with the daily rate which is literally just around the corner.
Jerome is a great host with very high standards.
The house has been beautifully renovated and there is a small, private garden for guests to chill out in after a hard day's sightseeing.
Would recommend as a very comfortable and hospitable base to explore the Dinan area of Brittany from.

On arrival we were made to feel very welcome, the lady on reception was most helpful, a truly enjoyable experience, I will definately stay again.. Parking a plus. - The position in the heart of the historical Dinan. The old building, a former monastery. I'll recommend it for the kindness of the staff.

Very pleasant staff. Dinner extremely good value and perfectly acceptable. Great location - an easy stroll into Dinan's historic centre. Very easy to find, park and access to main road to resume journey the next morning was straightforward and avoided city centre. -

The location only a 10 minute walk into the centre of Dinan was perfect. The apartment was spacious and spotless and very quiet inside. The outside pool was great for our 4 year old and heated, which was awesome on the cloudy days. Would definitely consider staying there again on return to Dinan.

We liked everything! It is a small hotel (we stayed in the room nr. 1 :)
owned by a family. The owners speak English so there're no problems
in communicating. They are very kind and helpful, they even let us park
our car on their own parking place as the nearby parking was full. The
hotel is not in the centre of Dinan, but the centre is less than

We stayed in Dinan only for a day and wished that we could stay longer. We were 4 persons and had 2 rooms that were so isolated that the feeling was that the whole house was ours. The rooms were very clean and nicely organized; we were even surprised to find a Jacuzzi! The hostess was so lovely to us. Not only did she speak perfect English, but she also speaks Russian. The breakfast was great (comparing to our other hotels, in which it was unsatisfying most of the times). The place is absolute

The friendly hostess welcomed us and showed us to our lovely room. We liked the ambience of the peaceful countryside setting in the grounds of a ruined castle, and we relaxed as we sat on the deck at sunset and drank a glass of (our) wine. Breakfast was a substantial and delicious continental meal. Conveniently close to Dinan, once you knew the right road to take.
