  Question 3 is a bit tricky, I really only went for Le Tour de France 2013. Although I was a solo traveller, there was a double sofa bed. I would rather have had a washing machine in the room than a dishwasher. Crockery and cutlery was excellent. - Laurent was amazing and even posted a forgotten item on to next stop for us!   The apartments are very modern and clean. The bar on the top of the hotel is very impressive. Good location just out side of the town but within walking distance. - helpful hotel staff, big rooms and terrace, cleanliness, new building and equipment of the room
