Arrived at sunset and the view could not have been more beautiful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was very efficient. Everything perfect. Stunning seaview from the window. Sea just 5 steps down... Perfect location, close to centre, but not busy.
Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare.
Comfortable twin rooms.
Very nice and cozy restaurant, good breakfast for 9 euro.
Recommended to all tourists, with or without children.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful,we arrived very late at night but he waited for us,carry the luggages for us and removed his car from the parking space to make one for our car! The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.

Nice, small, recently renovated hotel in the center of Nice. The way to the sea and to the main station is about 10 min. The room was clean and big enough for 2 persons. Cortesia, cordialita', comodita' e qualita' globale. - E' posizionato bene, è semplice ma nel complesso discreto, tranquillo e soddisfacente. Ho usufruito di un'offerta speciale booking con prezzo scontato, se però avessi dovuto pagare il prezzo pieno mi sembrava un pò caro.
