The hotel is in a peaceful setting close to the wood but not too far from Ambois . It is very ideal to travel around the Loire Valley from this point.
We had a perfect stay and were received by a very gentle host. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is neatly arranged with local stuffs. We really appreciated staying there. -

Chateau de Nazelles was out of a fairy tale. The rooms were unique parts of the original 16th century castle. We stayed in the guest house suite, which was marvelous. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite, the kitchen, dining table, and separate "man cave" which in fact was a cave built into the limestone cliff. The wifi was free, unlike another "luxury chain hotel" in Paris which charged 25 EU for internet/per device. The staff was attentive, they prepared a breakfast tray for us in t

Les Fleurons is in an excellent location; it is a short, fairly level walk from the heart of the town and our train connected with a quick shuttle bus ride from the rail station. Great budget family run hotel with fabulous gourmet restaurant.Good location within walking distance to the center of Amboise. We stayed not in the main building but in separate cottage facing beautiful old garden. The staff was very helpful (the owner and his wife are always at the front desk). We loved the marvellous staff who were fun and very helpful. The hotel was attractive and stylishly decorated and the room was charming. There is a delightful garden area and the meals at the restaurant were exceptional as was obvious from the locals who also were dining there. We had such a good time and would love to go back.

We had a fantastic time at La Closerie Saint Vincent. Marie and her family were incredibly friendly and welcoming. She helped us by making phone calls to our car rental and hot air ballooning companies, and she made wonderful breakfasts with homemade jam from her own fruit trees. I loved the old house which has beautifully renovated as a B&B with wonderful decor and every comfort. The breakfast was excellent with fresh, home cooked jams and cakes and the location perfect for a trip to the chateaus of the Loire Valley. Marie, the host, could not have been more helpful with her suggestions about places to visit. I would highly recommend the B&B for a perfenct stay in the Loire Valley.
