  Amazing place to stay. Located on the river bank. Greeted on arrival by the owner which the chateau has been in his family for a very long time if not original owners. Our room was very comfortable just beautiful. The garden surrounding the chateau are very picturesque. The staff are very lovely and - The location is ideal for visiting the Chateau at Chambord. This is a really unique experience and an opportunity to stay in a Chateau. The rooms are of an older period but quite charming. The hosts Patrick and his wife Ileana were both friendly and helpful with local information. The breakfast in a period dining room with painted panels was special.

  We stayed in the treehouse for the last night of our holiday as a surprise for our children. Fabulous treehouse! Very clean and fun with sawdust toilets. Tent also provided directly underneath with cooker and fridge and toilets and showers nearby too with electric sockets. Worth every penny! - We stayed at one of the mobile homes in the VIP zone. They are new, clean and heated. The staff is very nice and welcoming. We took advantage of bikes that are on site at the disposal. We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks so much!
