The accommodation is wonderful - fully equipped with all mod cons, including a BBQ. Ginestas is the perfect base for exploring the coast, the Canal du Midi and the surrounding area. Nice breakfast (not included in the apartment price). However, you need a car (or a good bike) and the house is not yet fully renovated.
