The guy who dealt with us on reception was very very kind and efficient.
This hotel is a little gem....modern, chic, perfectly placed for the centre of town.
Room was stunning, new, fresh and very trendy. High quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Nespresso machine with genuine cartridges. Free mini bar. It really couldn't get any better. If you have chance book a lunchtime meal, the chef is clearly very good. I will definitely return!

Everything, as long as you don't mind 10 minute walk to city. Buffet in Brasserie for both breakfast & dinner was very good and decent value considering range of food and quality. -
Spacious room with appealing design features and all that you'd expect for a luxury boutique hotel. SteAm and sauna were clean and welcoming.

The renovation of a historic site has been beautifully done and the atmosphere is magical. A hidden gem. Probably the best design / boutique hotel I have ever
stayed in. Extremely comfortable room, spacy bathroom, very helpfull
staff, delicious breakfast, to name just a few. I had stayed in
different hotels in Lille before but finally found the one that I will
definitely come back to next time. Everyone up! :) -

... cosa dice la gente » endly and helpful. The decor of the Hotel was modern, well-balanced and clean. The location was very handy for both Lille Eurostar and getting into the City to sightsee and eat out at night. The Breakfast was also very good in terms of food quality and value for money.

The staff simply couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
The room was spotless - perhaps just a tad clinical as a result- and they gave us the car-park tag to keep overnight as we were leaving first thing in the morning, before anyone would have been around. The location was excellent - right in the heart of Lille, but in a side street so it was relatively quiet overnight.

Booking a brand new Campanile is foolproof. Rooms are better than they ever were. Perfect beds, wifi pretty good, great new rain showers. Staff is cordial and professional. Amazing value! The B&B Lille Centre Grand Palais is an exceptionally clean and well appointed budget hotel. Room was well soundproofed . Just looking for somewhere offering a decent night's sleep and a pleasant space to prepare myself in the morning for the day ahead. This place more than met my needs.
