I read a lot of reviews about this hotel before booking. Some negatives
that stood out in the reviews I read was the poor customer service,
shuttle hours stopping at 11:30pm so guests were not making it in time
after the firework show at Disney, pool not being open, air
conditioning not working, and the self-catering kitchen only having
place sett

The hotel is a good place to stay if you plan to visit Disneyland. Not
too bad if you want to visit Paris, as the metro takes 40 minutes (week
pass is advised). The additional sofa bed was very cozy and comfortable
(my daughter loved it) and the full-wall windows (and the curtains) gave
the room a very good look. The separation between main bedroom and the
rest of the room was very ideal for couples with young children. The
breakfast was good (not lavish, but good). The hotel almost had all

La cortesia del personale, l'appartamento molto carino, comodo il servizio navetta per disneyland. molto utile il vicinissimo centro commerciale, aperto fino a tardi. bello l'acquario nella hall :) - Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillita' e la possibilita' di raggiungere a piedi il centro commerciale Val d'Europe e la fermata della RER. L'appartamento

L'hotel è recente, pulito ed accogliente, ha il servizio gratuito di navetta per il parco e si raggiunge in 10 minuti, oppure con la RER (treno regionale) in 5 minuti, la stazione è a 200 metri. ciao! - La posizione rispetto al parco ed ai mezzi è ottima! la qualità dell'hotel ed i suoi servizi di reception, pulizia e ristorante perfetti!

Close to Disneyland Paris & a short drive to central Paris. Also a
stones throw from big supermarket/petrol station. This budget hotel
was perfect for us- clean, friendly and easy checkin/out plus free

It's Ibis. Same standard everywhere. And that's something we
love. It's a budget hotel, and it's right outside the doors of
the train station of Val D'Europe: So no walking. And this train
station is only one station away form Disneyland Paris, so it's the
cheapest transportation and the fastest as well. -

L'hotel si trova vicino al parco, le cmere sono ampie e pulite. Non so perchè viene considerato un due stelle ma vale di più. - la gentilezza, la disponibilità del personale, la pulizia, la possibilità di potersi preparare un the o un caffe in camera
