  The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They fulfilled immediately each requirement I gave them. My room was great, spacious, clean not noisy, and the beds were comfortable. I experimented a very fast wi-fi connection in the whole hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory and diverse with enough choice. Near the hotel there are - We stayed 3 nights in a triple room on the 2nd floor overlooking the front of the hotel. The room was a good size as we could fold the 3rd bed up to the wall giving more floor space and an extra shelf. The room was very effectively sound proofed, clean, with good hanging and shelf space, desk space with chair plus a large en suite with shower. The location in the old city was excellent with restaurants nearby and easy access to transport. English spoken by reception staff.

  The staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more for us. The room was tastefully decorated but a bit on the small side. The room was very clean and fresh towels were delivered every day. The hotel is ideally situated with regard to all of the major tourist attractions in the city. The air-conditioner worked perfectly.   I had stayed at this small, friendly Hotel St Claire on my last trip and was very happy to return as I find the staff exceptionally welcoming, attentive and happy to help (in English and/or French as you wish). Hotel is only approx. 700m from train station..4 blocks down Alle Jean Jarres and 1 block in. Easy to find. Nice breakfast in the morning too. We loved our stay here. Would definitely go back.
