  A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beatifully decorated and had all the amenieties you need. The common areas with the honesty bar were very cosy and a nice way of starting the evening. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

  The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

  Un bell'albergo, pulito, nuovo o comunque ben tenuto, sicuramente in posizione molto comoda (di fronte a fermata del taxi, vicino metrò, vicino a Place de la Madelaine, Place Vendome, Opera, i Grandi Magazzini). La camera è bella, abbastanza spaziosa e arredata con mobili nuovi (anche se, come sempre a Parigi, gli armadi sono piccolissimi) - Come h... cosa dice la gente » o indicato prima tutto perfetto dall'accoglienza al personalealla camera.
