  The hotel is very well located - in a quiet area just a few stops on the tram from the Old Town. The villa was built in 1869 and the host does his best to maintain the air of antiquity in his hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is very delicated and beautiful,you can enjoy the strong mediterranean elements.It a fair good location,it takes 5 mins to drive to the city center.Moreover,good price in Nice during summer peak season.

  Sophie, hotel owner, was so very accommodating. On our arrival she immediately changed our booking to another room to best suit our baggage needs. Nothing was a problem. Our room was very comfortable and the French breakfasts had the best croissants yet.   This is a great little hotel which would suit anyone,but if like us you are wanting someone secure to park your car and then forget about it,then this is the place. Our triple room was extremely spacious with a large bathroom and balcony,which was very clean and brightly decorated. As mentioned previously,the tram is just a few mins walk away and there is a sup - Hotel has good location close to a tram station. Staff is friendly and helpful. We spent there two nights, one on our way to Provence, the second on our way back home. On the second occasion we were upgraded to a bigger room without additional payment. This was very kind gesture of receptionist. I would certainly recomend this hotel.
