We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Opera House, Galeries Lafayette and other major stores. The metro and Saint Lazare station are virtually on the door step. There are some very reasonable eating places close by. The hotel is highly recommended as good value for money including their breakfast and we would certainly stay here again the next time we vi

Staff (notably Ivana) that actually cares about their clients having the most comfortable and pleasant stay possible. Very clean, quiet, charming layout and extremely convenient. Definitely would stay here again. -

The hotel was great, I would say it's a good balance between price and location. It has just everything you need, very basic and rooms are small, nothing extravagant, but its clean and the location is extremely convenient: 2 blocks from the CDG shuttle bus, 1 block from RER and metro stations, 1 block from Lafayette shopping center, etc.

Location was great. You can by foot reach to 3 metro stations as well as trains. most famous places like Concorde, Opera, Lafeyette and Madeline is 5-10 minutes by walk. The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room. Superior rooms are amazing.

The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good. Close to Champs Elyséé and also very near to the metro sta

The location is excellent as it is so close to the city centre. The hotel service far exceeds expectation in that staff went out of their way to be helpful especially the Manager Sigolene. If you prefer, you can use English all the time. Well recommended and thank you!

Although the room was very small (we expected this from the website) it was very comfortable, stylish and our toddler loved it. The cot was also very trendy and had a proper mattress. The hotel staff were extremely helpful especially with baby arrangements. The location is very convenient also to reach everything by foot.
