We got a very good deal from letsbookhotel.com which was a fifth of the official price list.
The hotel was huge and luxurious and not your typical European or paris hotels.
Rooms were comfortable and its location was great with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Gaite metro station was just steps away conveniently.

Hotel was easy to find, great access by metro links. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed by the interior of the hotel - really did feel and look like a 4 star hotel. The hotel was newly refurbished so the decoration was excellent, everything looks Brand new, the staff is very eager to help and they have Young staff. The view from the window, even though is not a landscape is very "paris' movie" like for a europe first timer is perfect. Very close to a subway station (Gaite) Very close to shopping sites and a lot of Cafes around.

Montparnasse Metro-station, just meters from the St.Placide Metro-
station. The rue de Rennes is a commercial street with many shops,
boulangeries and cafes. The hotel itself is a brand new boutique hotel,

I would strongly recommend this hotel for American tourists, especially
for first-time visitors to Paris. At Legend the beds are extremely
comfortable, the rooms are a bit more generous, and the elevator is
actually large. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating, as
well as professional. Moreover, the location is perfect for first-time
visitors since you are near a major rer station (Montparnasse) and can
