  The staff is very friendly, specially the girl who's in the reception during the morning. She was very cute (as a person and physically :p). They're all willing to help you in whichever doubt you have about the city. The room, even though is not fancy, is enough for what it is used: to sleep. I don't have any complains. The zone is surrounded by supermarkets and cheap restaurants, close to a metro line - The friendly young staff that seem always ready to listen to clients. The cleanliness, the area in which hotel was located, a very calm area in heart of city, so close to a main metro station. I honestly enjoyed my short time stay.

They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter. Any other request, they would be of immediate help.   The staff was so helpful. They tried to tell everything they can about the city. Breakfast costs 7 euros and was quite satisfying. The best thing about this hotel is hygiene! They clean bathroom everyday and really you can understand they do care about cleaning. The location was also good.
