L'hotel si trova in una posizione eccellente per poter visitare nizza apiedi e' veramente vicino a tutto. - Bell'hotel nel centro di nizza ideale per coppie o ragazzi che amano visitare posti e stanno in hotel solo per lavarsi dormire e cambiarsi.ottima la pulizia delle camere,sembra un hotel 3 stelle!!!Giudizio molto piu' che positivo!

We stayed in Siam room - real Thailand in the heart of beautiful Nice.
Everything was charming. Owner and staff are very nice. The room is really small but the space is perfectly organized, equiped and designed with a lot of taste. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect.
I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!

Only stayed one night (transfer from Saint. Raphale to Norway), but we liked this small hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. Beautiful room (we had the superior room) with a kitchenette. Delicatly and modern decorated. and clean!

Hotel is actually one floor in a building, but that's not bad at all. Room was clear,spacious and tidy. Perfect location, just one street away from the beach. Great wi fi connection and a mini laptop in the room. Walls were a bit thin and u can hear people walking in the corridor, but that's not a deal breaker.

Very helpful staff. It helps if you know a little French. The lovely lady who helps run the Hotel is a Sweetie. It was very clean, comfy and tidy. Brilliant value being in the heart of Nice, Loved the old and new Nice . So close and convenient to the Metro Station, cafe's, shopping and the square was just alive with buskers and entertainment. And oh the Restaurants.

Excellent location: near the beach, shops and the bus stop to the airport, right in the middle of the city centre. Good value for the money. There wasn't a minibar in the room as promised but there was a fridge in the hotel kitchen which we could use. Instead there was a kettle in the room. The staff was helpful and speaks English. 24/7 reception.

Hotel staff very friendly. Accommodations perfect for our minimal needs.

The staff was always friendly, the facilities were always clean and the cleaning ladies did a good job. There were obviously fresh sheets put on the bed every day. The location was fabulous--perhaps a two minute walk from the main street. The staff communicated in better English than I've ever experienced in a French hotel that hasn't been part of a major chain, and were happy to help with questions and with calling taxis, etc. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The wifi worked well. We enjoyed our stay there, and would consider going back.

approx 250m from nice train station, 20mins took you to monaco and
