  Quality of rooms and facilities whcih were new and spotless, the location in a woodland setting was very quiet but just 20mins from the ferry. We stayed for dinner which was excellent and represented good value for money - We arrived extremely late after underestimated drive time. They were still awake and happy to help us register at 1am.
