This was a spacious apartment
with a stylish modern look enhanced with the owners art works. The unit was well equipped and felt comfy straight away. The location is great as a base to visit local destinations with plenty of variety. -

Le Passage was excellent! I was somewhat nervous staying in carcassonne after reading online you should stay 1 night maximum but we ended up extending our stay! Very easy walk to old cite and easy drive from motorway for daytrips around area. Cathy is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are gorgeously set up. Beds comfortable, huge shower

The helpful and friendly staff. The location, which is adjacent to La Cite and within easy walking distance of Carcassonne. The room was well equipped and spacious. The tapas in the restaurant was excellent. I cannot fault Le Passage

My boyfriend & I both loved staying here, we stayed in room 3 & we were able to walk straight onto garden & to pool. We spent 1 night in the medieval city then 3 nights at La Bastide Saint Martin, it is more in the countryside & the outdoor pool is lovely for sunbathing, relaxing & switching off! Great guest house run by the fabulous Simone, Who spared no effort in making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay even waking early to prepare breakfast for us before our early train even though breakfast was not officially served until later.

This place is a box of delights wrapped in a plain paper wrapper. Driving down the street its easy to miss the sign over the door but when you ring the bell the double carriage doors open to reveal a real gem of period property with Simone, the smiling owner, pointing us to our secure parking spot. The rooms are individually styled to suit the centuries old building, but with comfortable beds, some of them four poster.

Apartments are really good and very clean, Isabelle asks to keep them as they are.
Great castle view from 2rd floor, 2 bedrooms, easily suitable not only for 5-6, but for 8 persons to stay in comfort. Washing machine and electric dryer.
Great locals on the ground floor to help you, chat and drink wine.

Very quite as well with small local tabac and shops for the necessities.....fantastic croissants. Our "landlady" Isabel made us very welcome and was very helpful. We will be back.

Nice little B&B really close to the old city of Carcassonne and about a 10 minute walk over the bridge into the new town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Room was clean, well decorated and larger than expected. Owners very friendly too.
