Nice little B&B really close to the old city of Carcassonne and about a 10 minute walk over the bridge into the new town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Room was clean, well decorated and larger than expected. Owners very friendly too.

I love being in the medieval city and staying in sort of medieval dwelling though it has all comfort you can expect from the building like this. It's like being back to Middle Ages but with modern time features such as bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast (had to leave early), but ther are no doubts that eating breakfast in the small courtyard add something to overall experience. We certainly recommend staying there to people who appreciate "medieval feeling", and we

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like we were old friends. Carole showed us the map & how to access the castle, pointing out 'must see' attractions, including the best restaurants. The Maison sur la Colline is a must to be seen. Very close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, we could enjoy a magnificeint view of the walls of the city. The owners Nicole and her daughter Delphine make your stay a dream becomes true. We got the Indian-style room, which was most beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Later, when we realized that the photos in the room are actually the family's and understood the meaning of the place's name - we were really moved. The owners were very hospital and friendly and we felt lucky for choosing this place. We would definitely stay here again any time.
