  We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child). The location was perfect. Very close to the castle. The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment. Very very good price/quality ratio.

  Being an apparthotel we had complete flexibility to "eat in" rather than find a restaurant every night as there was a small and surprisingly well-equiped kitchenette with all that we needed in the way of utensils for light meal preparation; this also made our stay in Cacassonne very economical. The indoor pool and sauna were a bonu - The hotel has a large internal parking available and is within walking distance from the medieval city. The staff is friendly and helpful: there was a problem with the room they assigned us - twin beds instead of a double one - and they were very accomodating, and quick in finding a solution. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment and it was very clean and spacious, with a large balcony and a stunning view of the fortified ramparts. The bathroom was well-furnished and immaculate.   This is exactly what we needed for our stay - close to things we needed in town, including the train station a few blocks away but also a really stunning walk to the castle. The room was generous and enabled us to feel very much like we had an apartment of our own. We also enjoyed heading downstairs in the evening to sit in the lounge which is k... cosa dice la gente » ept well supplied with goodies. It's a generous family establishment. The owner also has a garage where we could securely store our bikes. - We got the Indian-style room, which was most beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Later, when we realized that the photos in the room are actually the family's and understood the meaning of the place's name - we were really moved. The owners were very hospital and friendly and we felt lucky for choosing this place. We would definitely stay here again any time.
