Penso che sia il migliore hotel prenotabile a Cannes visto che e' situato nella strada principale a 100 metri dal mare. Lo staff e' molto gentile e preparato. Ottimo anche il parcheggio che facendo due conti risultava di gran piu' economico rispetto al parcheggio pubblico e più comodo. All'interno dell'hotel e' presente una piscina interna molto r

I liked the location very much! In an olive tree garden amongst villa residences in Cannes. It gives you a feeling you are at home with friends.....not in an impersonal hotel. The room had a sweet pleasant decoration. It was just relaxing! Walking distance to Croisette - not far away.

Great apartment with balcony, helpful staff, everything in the little kitchen that we needed to make breakfast or lunch every day. Nice pool and decked area for sunbathing. Right next to La Croisette beach, all of the shops and a big supermarket. Hire a car though to get out and about - so many places to see! -

Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals.
Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs.
Wifi was fast and stable.

What a great place to stay David and Nelya were very helpful, pleasant and great hosts. Near to beach and all amminities. We would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone.We, John and Zoia, spent eight nights here and enjoyed every minute.
