We had a triple room at the Aeva hotel as this was the only room available when I was booking. The room, towels, etc were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and the bed made when we put out the little note to request this. The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Very well presented and all spoke very go

We were looking for a hotel close to the Nice Airport, and what a gem.
We were about two miles past the airport...but right on the water in a
smaller town. We were able to park our car on site, as well as walk on
the promenade in front of the hotel. There were also many choices for
restaurants on site, across the street on water. Walking distance to
train station as well. So location was perfect. It was about a $30 cab
ride from Nice...so check bus and train schedules to make sure you can
retur

I loved the location, it's so close to the beach. Also the staff was very pleasant, they can speak English as long as you don't want to practice your french:)There was also a little kitchen in the room- very handy for breakfast. Location is very good, especially if you have a car. The walk to the beach takes 2 minutes. Kitchenette is small, but functional, although we had only one teaspoon (knives and forks were sufficient). Bed was excellent.

Good location, close to the motorway, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge), there is an iron - very good!!! Everything new!!!
Easy parking friendly and helpful staff good size appartment for a couple good street noise insulation Highly recommended during the off-seasons.

La gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità dei proprietari. Molto buona la prima colazione, servita sempre con un sorriso! Ottima pulizia della camera; molto utile il parcheggio. It was great to spend 4 nights there. I liked this residence very much. We had a big, bright and clean apartment. Excellent customer service. Perfect location. If I visit Cagnes-Sur-Mer again, I will definitely stay at Nemea Le Lido!
