A the end of a long journey being met by Christophe and ushered to the lovely swimming pool to cool off was wonderful. The chateau was beautiful in large gardens which were child friendly and boisterous boys were not curtailed in noisy and extensive games of hide and seek. We had supper on the beautiful terrace which was great including vegetables

We were only booked in overnight on our way to Calais from Carcassonne. We arrived after a 7 hour drive so a dip in the outdoor heated pool was a welcome and rejuvenating experience. The house is very romantic and charming and set in its own grounds so it is perfectly child friendly. Our hosts were extremely friendly and spoke perfect English. The rooms are beautifully decorated with comfy beds and luxury en suite bathroom. Breakfast was generous. In fact the place is so wonderfully appointed w

The welcome we received on our arrival after a very long journey was exceptional. The dinner that evening was so flavoursome and delicious. Brinon is a beautiful village and the Auberge du 7 displayed the village to the best. By the way, our pet Labrador was made especially welcome and says "thanks!'" -
