The staff is exceptional and very willing to help in any way. We used Avignon as our base to travel all around Provence and felt we were returning to a quiet home estate at the end of each day. Beautiful surroundings and the melodic ringing of bells is simply perfection.

  The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, across the road from the Old City walls and bus stop which goes to the TGV station. The regional train station is a very short walk. The room was very modern, clean and a good size. Location is also pretty good - right near the train station and 10 min walking to the very center of town. If you want service (we didn't) then don't stay here. If you want a comfortable, clean, simple, base for exploring Avignon and its environs for a few days it's secure, convenient and good value.
