  The lady owner could not have been more welcoming and friendly. I had car problems and she immediately put me in touch with the most relevant garage in Angouleme.   The couple running the hotel were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were fine. I was glad of the hotel being convenient for the station, and relieved to find my room at the back was so quiet.
