  Staff kindness, high level restaurant - I was running late but the receptionist rang me and said that she would keep the restaurant open until I arrived. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful to a stressed traveller who had just had to put up with driving through Paris !! - We were booked into a 2nd floor room and on arrival were imme... cosa dice la gente » diately asked if we would like to change to a 1st floor room to which we agreed.
