  We stayed in a very spacious Privilege Triple Room with spotless large bathroom. The beds were comfy. The location is very central, right off of Cours Mirabeau. They have a parking available around the corner. It is tight but still very convenient. We didn't have a breakfast at the hotel - we choose a local cafe on Cours Mirabeau instead. Although we were on the second floor without an elevator, our luggage was taken care of and when the staff noticed that my husband had some mobility issues they offered the 'cargo elevator' (which is not for public use) if he ever felt too tired for the stairs.
