Very friendly owner. The most comfortable bed we slept in on a 4 week holiday. Beautiful views. Close to Carcassone ( you will need a car). Place reminded us a little of a film we have seen called Under The Tuscan Sun. In the middle of some renovations that will improve it even more. Warm, friendly, quiet with beautiful countryside views. -

The Lady Proprietor was excellent - however the place is a B&B not a hotel and it is a large old Farmhouse, so accommodation was basic.

The boat was in a really lovely location, it was so peaceful and relaxing. The host could not of been more helpful. If found us a fabulous restaurant along the canal. Loved every minute of it. -

E un bel posto dove stare se si vuole visitare la citta di Carcassonne che è a soli 3 Km. L'appartamento era molto spazioso e pulito e le persone che la gestiscono sono molto gentili e premurose. La piscina è decisamente un punto a favore. -

wanted something that wasn't like every other hotel chain. Quirky
and very different from your chain hotels. Our room was quite big for a
French hotel and the decor was as we expected. We stayed in room 23. The
breakfast was French as you would expect and all the staff were polite
and friendly.

Single room was small but comfortable, with shower and basin. Toilet was just down the hall. A small lift meant you didn't have to negotiate the stairs with bags. Close to the train station, it allowed me easy access for a late night arrival. About only a 15 minute walk to the historic Carcassonne walled city. Owners did not speak much English but

This was a very typically French hotel which due to location, welcome and comfort was a joy to stay in. From arrival to departure the Proprietor was a joy and his attempts at encouraging guests to practice their French as he practiced his English was just brilliant. We travel regularly between France and Scotland,don't know when we are due next to travel from Carcassonne to Glasgow but would definitely stay here again.

Le Passage was excellent! I was somewhat nervous staying in carcassonne after reading online you should stay 1 night maximum but we ended up extending our stay! The helpful and friendly staff. The location, which is adjacent to La Cite and within easy walking distance of Carcassonne. The room was well equipped and spacious. The tapas in the restaurant was excellent. I cannot fault Le Passage
