La Maison de l'Epousée B&B is a haven of peace just a few minutes away from Abbeville. We used this as a stopover while travelling North to Belgium and what a relaxing place it was.
Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and much of it home-made.

We received a lovely welcome from the owner. The room was decorated beautifully, bathroom superb. Unusually for french rooms there was a kettle in the room with a good selection of beverages and dog biscuits for our dog! Breakfast was continental, croissants, bread, ham, cheese and dairy and plenty of it. Overall a very relaxing overnight stay which we will take advantage of next year.

What a lovely experience - never used a gite before. Nothing was too
much trouble for hostess Sarah and we learned a lot about the french way
of life from her over breakfast. The 2 rooms were in a 2012 quality
converted barn and came with wifi, microwave, fridge. Tea/coffee
making facilities and ingredients and milk. They were very well
decorated in a pseudo vintage french style. The ensuite
bethroom/toilet area was big and had a large walk in wet area for

The host was very friendly and attentive. The house is lovely and has been beautifully restored. The room we were in (I think no. 4) was magnificent, as was the bathroom.
