  Comfortable stay in clean room. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good for this type of hotel in Canada but don't expect the full breakfast you would get in the uk or Germany. - Loved that there was a pool and hot tub!   The women working on the front desk and the house cleaning staff were very helpful. They helped us install a raised toilet seat after my husband's surgery.   The Sword Best Western is a good hotel. there is a few buildings outside the main building. That gives it a hotel-motel feel. This is a good thing. We prefer those rooms. They are kept spotless clean. They even have "clean remotes". I have never seen this at any other hotel. The restaurant is great and the waitresses are very friendly as well as ... cosa dice la gente » the rest of the staff. - The hotel was clean. Bathroom was clean as well. The hotel is dog friendly. It is very helpful if you have a pet. There is a space where you can walk/exersise your pet behind the hotel, but it is not a dog designated area. My dog is very active and needs to run before going to bed, so I was glad.
