Comfortable stay in clean room. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was good for this type of hotel in Canada but don't expect the full breakfast you would get in the uk or Germany. Loved that there was a pool and hot tub! We even went down the waterslide when all the little kids left! We are in our 40's! Very clean hotel, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

It would have been nice to have a more modern TV, and the windows need to be updated. Otherwise great. Very friendly staff with quick check in. Large selection of breakfast options & the eggs/ sausages were better than expected. The room was large, quiet and clean. splash pad for infants, breakfast included and customer service was exceptional!!! I would go back to that hotel anytime and highly will recommend to friends. Was very impressed with the staff, especially Wissam at the front desk. My kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very friendly. it's felt like home. really impressed with breakfast,decor,cleanliness, parking and beds were great. also front staff took care of what i requested in advance- thank you!. Although it is very near a hightway it was very silen. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful! The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent although very crowded; food choices complete with eggs and waffles was good. Pool area for the kids. location. Air conditioning was a bit primitive and noisy. No elevator but will book a ground floor for our next visit, and no flat screen TV. TV was old but maybe we're spoiled with the quality of flat screens now. just some wall peeling off in the bathroom. dinining area is a bit congested. internet extremely difficult to connect my iPad to. Screen door to patio was kicked in. Mad rush at breakfast, not enough tables, very crowded. First floor rooms are very close to the street and the windows doesn't seem so safe. The location (right off an interstate exit) was easy to find but it made it a challenge to merge safely in order to enter the parking driveway. However, it's not enough to deter me from staying again. I didn't like the fact that there was a lot of noise in the parking lot late at night. We didn't like that there was no elevator carrying our suitcases up the stairs was not fun and that breakfest was only served till 9:30. dust in room made me sneeze a bit equipment a bit old in fitness centre. nothing. Some outside noise at night from people in car park out back. the construction that was going on, but other then that nothing was bad. busy weekend and pool and hot tub full. There was no elevator to the upper floor. I had to lug my suitcase up a big flight of steps. Plus, the air temperature in my room was difficult to control. everything was fine. coffee. Arrived to find that they did not have a reservation for us even though we received a confirmation from letsbookhotel.com kids running through halls in the evening when baby sleeping. Breakfast wasn't available earlier than 6:30 A.M. There was glass found in the hot tub, so it was closed most of the day Saturday and evening. Very dissappointing, but I know not the staffs fault. Kids should not be allowed in the pool area withouth adult supervision. 1 adult:3 kids There was a baseball tournament in Windsor on the weekend and there were too many kids to adult ratio. Also very, very loud. Restricted access to enter parking lot - we had to make many u-turns during our stay. Our reserved cot never made it to our room. Our room was a little 2small and the pool was cold!. Reception staff did not smile or make eye contact. Quite sour and it was not busy when we checked in. Check out staff much more pleasant. The breakfast was poor, and no varieties. The swimming pool was cold, and the hot tub was too hot, so we didnt enjoy any of them. It was so much money chest for 1 night. No elevator and booking through letsbookhotel.com did not allow a main floor room . Dispite specifically asking because of ongoing hip surgeries . Older hotel with limited upgrades. carpet filthy, mold , carry luggage up stairs, no elevator, diry smelly, cannot give a word for the above - a dump for them money ...paid 104.00 - not high but would have paid more if I knew there were no stairs,no did the staff offer to carry my suitcase ---. Breakfast could be improved. the hotel did not have my reservation from booking .com!! very disappointed. Hot tub chemicals were off. Began to itch within 2 minutes of sitting in hot tub. We arrived and they had tried to change us to another hotel and we were meeting another family there. A little upsetting. The room we were in had a leak in the roof. It rained inside our room. Called the front desk at 2:00am no answer!! We went down and they said nothing we can do no rooms. We had to put towels on the ledge of t. Some team was staying on our floor and they were drinking in the hall with chairs and yelling, laughing and running until 1:15 a.m. I called the desk 4 times and finally security did their job. No clue why it would take so long to shut that down - I had little girls who couldn't sleep. Also don't appreciate lugging my suitcases up the stairs. Breakfast was a little crazy - had to line up forever for the toaster. Room and pool area not overly clean; bathtub in need of repair. Not as clean as it could have been. Very crowded breakfast area. bathroom ceiling was falling down and bits were in the bathtub. A/C did not work well, room was on heat when we arrived; room was dingy, windows had no screens; pool was not clean. The pool was not open which was very disappointing to our group. beds very uncomfortable, strong smell of ammonia in bed sheets, rattling in room when trucks pass by on highway.
