We loved staying at the Lady MacDonald! I travel every week and this was a refreshing break from a hotel room. It was cozy, inviting and felt like home. The breakfasts were amazing and the baked goods provided during the evening were fabulous. Sitting in the common room with a good book, a cup of herbal tea and a piece of cake or cookie was everything a hotel room is not. Thanks Peter and Tammy for a great stay!

The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.
And you will have free wi-fi access if you register as a fairmont member. Just fill out an application form in the front desk. simple and easy.

Hotel staff were extremely accommodating. When we arrived our letsbookhotel.com reservation was not in their system, but they quickly made up for that. Bed was comfy, attached restaurant was convenient, and underground parking was really appreciated as it was very cold!! -

I liked the Spa and Services there. the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked that the staff put water into the fridge knowing that I just had a massage treatment and that i would need to drink lots of water. I also liked the cleanliness of my room for the best part.

The staff was very friendly. The room was amazing, very large and clean. The restaurant was very good. It is close to Rexall Place by taxi. -

Being dealt by first come first served. The phone rang whilst I was at the desk where the phoning customer was placed on hold, whilst I was being served. I hate being queue jumped by a telephone call!!

The bed was incredibile, the pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud with just the right weight and temperature. The air tub was just what was needed after a full day of skiing, follwed by resting infront of the wood burning fireplace. The only thing that topped our hotel stay was the great downhill skiing. A perfect combination! -

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -
