We were able to bring our puppy along, and it was very convenient having an outside entrance/exit from the room on the first floor, loved it! The kids loved the pool/waterslide and the waffles/bacon for brekky in the morning. -
The service was second to none, it's clean it's nice and the continental breakfast is the best you will ever get!! This

I have stayed at a great many hotels over the years and this hotel stands out in my mind for many reasons, and I can't wait to make another trip to this area and stay here again. -
The decor was very nice. The bed was really comfortable and the room had everything you could have needed.

Upon check-in we were treated like royalty! We were a group of friends who get together once a year to shop and socialize. The first night was a BBQ, together with the hot breakfasts a definite must-stay for next year! The rooms were spacious and the beds were exquisite! Bravo to the friendly housekeepers, always courteous and smiling! -

Although we did not use the fitness facilities we did check them out and were very impressed. Will definitely make time to use them next visit.

Comfortable rooms with lots of space. Excellent facilities which were available into the early hours of the morning which was great when you get in late and are in need of some food and drink.

we went to calgary to watch the rihana concert, it was withing walking distance and close to everything we needed. for the price it was very nice. we were quite impressed. even having parking for us made it easy once we got to calgary so we were not looking for a place to park every time we went out.

The rooms where bright, clean, & very quite. The bed/pullout sofa were very comfortable. I booked a suite with pull out sofa & 1 queen bed. Five of us stayed in a two-bedroomed suite, overnighting between landing at the airport and picking up a motorhome. This was the best hotel experience of our Canadian holiday; not the swankiest, not the best located, not the most elegant, but by far the most hospitable. Early check-in? No problem. Free cookies and drinks in the foyer. Free popcorn in the suite. Excellent free simple early supper with good home-made soup and DIY subs. Mini-tennis court. Good clean rooms, beds and lime. The lake view is gorgeous. If you've already plan to spend big money to stay in this hotel, I suggest you spend extra 100 to get a room with lake view. It's totally worth it.
And you will have free wi-fi access if you register as a fairmont member. Just fill out an application form in the front desk. simple and easy.

The location, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, there was a DVD player in our room, the kitchenette was well furnished. They even delivered a copy of the bill directly to our room for review, so we only needed to stop at the front desk for a minute. -

Just stayed one night for a wedding nearby.. And it was so nice! They had to upgrade our room at no additional cost and it was a 2 queen room with a full kitchen. Everything was new and very nice! Will definitely stay here again if I'm near here again. -
